Shawn was amazing! He was very reassuring when he arrived by letting my daughter and I know that he was going to do his best to find her ring!
And within 30 minutes, he accomplished the impossible! The anxiety that drained from my daughter’s face when she saw her ring was worth every moment we spent to have Shawn come!
